Hello Parents! We have been planning and praying about offering the Youth Alpha Course to our LCF Youth, grades 7 and above. This is an exceptional course that works through questions of faith and allows youth to explore the claims of Jesus for their lives. It’s also a nice bonus that both of the main presenters are Canadian pastors from the West Coast who are gifted communicators. We believe this course is an incredible opportunity for our young people to grow in their faith and to cultivate desire in them to follow the way of Jesus.
It’s a 9 week course with one Saturday mixed in as well. We’re kicking off on January 12, 2022 on Wednesday evenings. Matt Frischbutter is going to be leading this time with the youth and we have some others helping alongside him as well. We’ll be meeting at the church building, have snacks for the kids, and anticipate great times of hanging out together!
